OCDEA & EPC's
Any new dwelling, or dwellings created by conversion or change of use are required to have SAP Calculations carried out. This is a method we use to measure energy performance in newly created homes in the UK.. All dwellings if being sold or rented out need a EPC, for a rental property as of 2022 will need to acheive a E rating
Overheating & Thermal Imaging
All new build dwellings from June 15th 2022 will need an Over Heating Analysis too be carried out on it. Using the latest software and whether maps, we can carry out the analysis without visiting the property. All we need is the information that would off been submitted to Building Control, including all drawings and construction details. If you want too check your property for heat loss we can also visit the property and using a thermal camera we can establish heat loss areas and come up with a range of solutions.
Floor Plans
Floor plans are produced, by either a site visit to the property or they can be reproduce from existing floorplans. Than we use Metropix Software to produce either 2D or 3D colour or black and white plans.
